Merlin Darwin Triple Crown program set to rev up

22 April 2021

Motorsports fans of all ages will benefit from the latest additions to the Merlin Darwin Triple Crown program.

Organisers have confirmed a full day of practice rounds will start on Friday, 18 June 2021 at Hidden Valley Raceway. Gates will open at 9.30am, with practice sessions for Supercars, Stadium Super Trucks and Australian Superbikes.

Another exciting addition to the program is the Improved Productions, HQ Holdens and Commodore Cup support categories. They will race on Saturday and Sunday, and take part in Friday’s practice rounds.

The practice day is added value for three-day Hot Pass or Friday General Admission Nitro Up North ticket holders, who can use the ticket they already have to attend. The excitement doesn’t end there, with Matt Mingay bringing his acclaimed Hotwheels Stuntz Team to Darwin.

In good news for young motorsports fans, the Students On Track program returns this year. This gives students the chance to go behind the scenes of Supercars on Friday, 18 June at Hidden Valley Raceway.

Students on Track is limited to 500 students, and applications are open now through the Teachers’ Portal at darwinsupercars.com.au/students-on-track-program

Teachers must register their students by Friday, 28 May 2021.
